Grow Taller While You Sleep!


Did you know that you grow taller and increase height while you are sleeping? It is a known fact that are body only grows when we are sleeping, this is why getting proper sleep is vital for increasing height. A lot of people to not get enough good sleep and it causes them to not grow as tall as they should be. The average person can increase their height 2-4 inches, no matter how old they are.
When we go to sleep and enter a deep sleep, this is when our body produces the most human growth hormone (hgh). During sleep our body releases huge amounts of hgh into the blood system causing our bodies to grow. This is the reason kids who go through growth spurts have growing pains during the night, because they are actually growing while they are sleeping.
It does not mean you should sleep all day, 8 hours of sleep will work just fine. The key is to get good deep sleep in order to produce large amounts of hgh. You also can increase your height as much as an inch depending on how you sleep. It is best to sleep flat on your back without a pillow,this will straighten and lengthen your spine. It may be uncomfortable at first,but after a couple days you will get used to sleeping this way.

1. Drink a glass of warm milk before going to bed.
2. Take a shower or warm bath before going to bed,this will help you relax and feel nice and clean.

4. Wear loose clothes that are light and comfortable.
5. Sleep in a quite and dark room.

There are many other things you can do to grow taller and increase your height, but sleep is one of the most important. Your body stretches out and you produce the most hgh while you are sleeping. It is important to not only get enough sleep, but to get good deep sleep as well.
Studies have shown that certain exercise can increase HGH levels. HGH stands for human growth hormones are the ones responsible for body growth. Thus, a higher HGH level will make one grow taller. Anaerobic exercise is said to increase lactic acid levels in the muscle thus increasing the production HGH. This exercise also increase muscle mass and arouse tissue growth improving ones over all appearance.
To be effective, you must select the right type of exercises and perform them correctly. Weight training for prolonged repetition is shown to increase height. It should be done in high intensity and last no more than 15 minutes. It can be done through doing intense workout for at least ten minutes to fasten the heart rate. You can also perform it by doing exercise in short amounts for every 30 seconds.
Do not exhaust yourself much for a long period of workout can lower down production of HGH. Do not push yourself beyond your limitations; take a rest if you have to so you can get HGH release in your body.
You can do any of these exercises below at least twice a week:
  • 2 sets of 400m sprints at greatest speed (5 min rest in between sets)
  • 1km of up hill running at your comfortable pace
  • 2-stair climbing at maximum speed
  • Lifting heavy weights for several times
  • Six sets of 10 to 12 repetitions maximum squats also raised peak HGH significantly
It is best to perform these exercise early in the morning prior to breakfast for this is the time when blood glucose levels are low so more HGH are produced.
